What we make
Six shelves, one mill. Rice and puttu flours milled the morning they are sold, spice powders cold-ground in short runs, premium masalas blended from spices roasted one at a time, millets washed and dried properly, pickles matured in oil for six weeks, and dry meat prepared to order.
Everything carries the name it has always had in this kitchen. We have not translated a single product into English on this site, because a customer asking for കടുമാങ്ങ is not asking for a mustard mango pickle.

Farm-direct sourcing
Whole spices and grain bought straight from growers, cleaned and graded by hand before anything is milled.
Cold-ground, slow
Milled in short runs at low temperature, so the volatile oils end up in the powder instead of above the mill.
Nothing but the spice
No starch, no artificial colour, no anti-caking agents. Pickles are cut in oil and salt, never synthetic vinegar.
Sealed within hours
Ground and sealed the same day into light-blocking pouches, so the packet you open smells like the mill.
